We strive to become a community-impacting association of private educational institutions through advocacy and policy research that can shape relevant educational reforms, and through quality, transformative education that develop ethical and responsible individuals who will lead, share, and serve for the common good.

- To assist members in strengthening values formation and achieving academic excellence;
- To guide and empower members to be significant contributors to sustainable community development;
- To advocate courses of action on issues of concern to the Philippine educational system in general, and to private education in particular;
- To encourage members to work together across areas of responsibility or interest to achieve common goals and objectives.
